2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect). Once approved, we will provide specific return instructions.
Shipping Costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide an alternative resolution as appropriate.

3. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Bank Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Per banking standards, please allow 3 to 8 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
